The BRACWatch.com website is intended as a stand
alone source of useful information and as a support
mechanism to the BRACWatch.com e-Newsletter.
The intention of the founding sponsors is to
aggregate useful information for small and mid sized
businesses seeking information on BRAC and how it will
affect their bottom line. It was later determined that
information of value to families affected by BRAC
activities would also be addressed. Information of value
to government employees and officials would also be
offered but to a lesser degree as the local, state and
federal agencies are already providing much of the
needed information in this area. Questions and
suggestions will always be welcome.
Thank you to our visitors, sponsors and contributors.

“How will BRAC impact my bottom line?” is one
of the key four questions on the minds of business
owners. Everyone’s talking about it, but what exactly is
it and how did it get here? More importantly, how can I
best prepare my business? |
Constituents will be asking us if BRAC is more than
just “buzz” at this time. The reality is we need to
have at least a base working knowledge of what, where,
when and the anticipated magnitude of BRAC in our
communities. |
Are we really getting new neighbors? Is BRAC the
reason
for the change in traffic in the region? Will we
need
more and wider roads? What about schools? What are our
new neighbors like? Is there anything we could be doing
to welcome them? |
